Great location and friendly staff but poor Wi-Fi connection during my stay.

100% recommend for a getaway

Clean room, modern design, with very effective soundproofing that made for a peaceful night’s sleep despite being adjacent to a major transport hub for rail and underground systems.

Nothing not to love.

The room was super comfy with good AC and clean facilities. I really liked the USB charging ports and multiple outlets, which was perfect for my devices. The shower had great water temperature control too. No complaints about noise. the soundproofing is on point! Only downside was the lack of a kettle, had to go downstairs for hot water. But everything else was solid.

I loved how comfy the bed was and the tasty breakfast spread each morning. The spa and outdoor terrace were nice for some downtime. I wish I could earn loyalty points for my bookings, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

However, the room could benefit from coffee or tea making facilities.

However, don't expect much in the way of perks. No invoices for business travelers, which could throw a wrench in your game. Weekend dining options nearby are sparse—most places shut down, leaving you scrambling for snacks. The absence of a fridge means you're stuck with room temp drinks if you grab anything from the nearby convenience store. Also, the shower setup could use some love. the head doesn’t adjust for comfort, requiring some gymnastics to rinse off. Lastly, noise levels from the cleaning staff starting too early and minimal in-room amenities might bother light sleepers.

It was just an appropriate option for a cursory stop in Vienna, great for the money. The room was very basic, but at least it had a TV, which was nice after a long day of sightseeing. Plan ahead for coffee, as there's no in-room facility—head to the lobby if you need it.
